If you enjoy music, camaraderie, and bringing smiles to others, the Kitchen Band may be the perfect fit for you. We visit seven different facilities each month from October through April. We are known to be the ambassadors of Hawthorne at Leesburg. We are strictly volunteers that entertain residents of nursing and assisted living facilities by singing, dancing, telling jokes and playing songs of yesteryear.
We perform Karaoke style to keep us in tune. We use instruments that make a joyful notice that can usually be found int he kitchen and leave smiles everywhere we go.
